- Order Processing: Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations Departments to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
- Typing Skills: Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key.
- Shipping Software: Familiarity with shipping software systems, including UPS and Federal Express.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
NFI Industries offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00/HOUR, with the potential for an additional $1.00/HOUR based on shift work. Employees are also eligible for a robust benefit program, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Parental Leave.
