Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations Departments to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications.
  • Typing Skills: Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key.
  • Shipping Software: Familiarity with shipping software systems, including UPS and Federal Express.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

NFI Industries offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00/HOUR, with the potential for an additional $1.00/HOUR based on shift work.
