Customer Service Supervisor

As a key member of our team, the Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the work and functions of Customer Service Representatives. This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop employees to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and guidance to Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Develop and implement plans to increase branch profitability and productivity, and drive continuous improvement processes.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet the needs of the branch and the company.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data related to department operations.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the branch and the company.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisor role.
- Proven leadership and employee development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- High volume manufacturing environment with forklift traffic.
Salary: $58,200.00 to $83,575.00
