Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with care, offering solutions that leave them satisfied and eager to return.
  • Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders, ensuring accuracy and smooth transactions.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Tackle customer challenges head-on, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to help us continuously improve our service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
