About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and making recommendations to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with customers, wholesale partners, and retail customers
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks
  • Assist with making deliveries as needed
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in multiple languages
