Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for consumers, you will be responsible for resolving complex inquiries and concerns related to our Pure Play brand products. Your role will involve supporting order fulfillment, consistently exceeding customer expectations, and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and industry.
Key Responsibilities- Process in-bound and outbound calls, emails, video chats, and online chat systems.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product support, sales, and order questions to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Work seamlessly with related departments to provide feedback for customer service process and coaching support to new hires.
- Support managers to develop training materials, manuals, and documentation to support ongoing learning and development.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations of the customer service department.
- Proactively and continuously enhance knowledge of our products.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in the consumer product industry.
- Experience in telephone customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Operating a multi-line phone system and possessing proficient computer skills is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and deal with changing priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
