Customer Service Representative
At Volvo Cars Walnut Creek, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and directing customers to the appropriate department or person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Participate in required training and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system.
