Customer Service Representative

At Volvo Cars Walnut Creek, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and directing customers to the appropriate department or person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
  • Greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
  • Participate in required training and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system.
