Job Description:

Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare team members.
  • They will also utilize the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • As a member of our team, you will be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor during emergency situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado is required.
  • The successful candidate will also need to possess a current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and transfer patients safely are essential requirements for this role.
