Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator - Surgical Unit. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving excellent outcomes.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for coordinating, ensuring, and providing direct patient care activities on the unit through provision of nursing rounds, assessments, and treatments; facilitating admission, transfer, and discharge activities; providing patient and family-centered education; and care coordination and individualized treatment planning.
- You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- You will provide expert nursing care to patients requiring postoperative surgical care, telemetry monitoring, and management of complex medical conditions.

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
- CURRENT RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
- Basic life support certification, ACLS/PALS/NRP, and successful completion of dysrhythmia class.
