Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team in the Dialysis Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives, coordinating activities with direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.

The Nurse Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce. They will also be responsible for addressing and acting on adverse events and action thresholds, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This role requires strong leadership competencies and skills, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making.

The estimated salary for this position is $93,500 - $118,400 per year, depending on location and experience.
