Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding job training, education, and community programs through the sale of donated clothing and household items.

As a Retail Associate, you will collaborate with a team to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers. This role is essential for maintaining production standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Retail Associate will gain valuable insights into the daily operations of a retail outlet, developing skills that are beneficial for a career in retail.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cashiering and providing support on the sales floor.
2. Processing and pricing donations, including clothing, linens, and housewares.
3. Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling and pre-sorting of donated items.

Compensation:
External Hiring Range: $12.00/hour

Travel Requirements:
No travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Clearances, Licenses, and Certifications:
Candidates must provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
