KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Performance:
  • Achieves company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers; assists in selecting merchandise based on customer preferences.
  • Stays informed about current promotions and pricing; upholds visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintains high standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention, executing all tasks as directed by management.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising initiatives, including monthly store layouts and maintaining designated areas.
Customer Engagement:
  • Embodies and promotes the principles of exceptional personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
  • Facilitates a quick and efficient checkout process, staying updated on policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges.
  • Encourages additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
  • Enrolls customers in loyalty programs.
  • Builds and nurtures a loyal customer base through personalized service.
  • Maintains knowledge of current product offerings and styles available in-store and online.
  • Ensures consistent communication with clients through effective use of customer relationship tools.
Operational Excellence:
  • Assists in replenishment efforts to keep the store well-stocked.
  • Supports order fulfillment processes.
  • Participates in visual merchandising tasks, including floor setups and signage placements as instructed.
  • Helps maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Team Collaboration and Development:
  • Encourages a collaborative approach to problem-solving within the team.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Regular attendance is essential to meet operational needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular climbing as part of daily responsibilities.
