About the Role:

HR Wise LLC is a leading organization in the construction industry, seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in construction industry payroll and certified payroll reporting, proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for construction projects, including certified payroll reporting and compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
  • Input data into payroll systems and generate and deliver payroll reports as required.
  • Assist with new client/employee enrollment and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of labor hours and costs.
  • Document all activity in CRM (Financial Cents).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction industry payroll and certified payroll reporting.
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately with a strong attention to detail.
