The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. This includes answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
  • Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, and other hotel amenities
  • Follow all cash handling and credit policies
  • Operate the Front Desk computer system with ease
  • Complete tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner
  • Balance and prepare individual paperwork for closing of shift according to hotel standards
  • Assist guests with safe deposit boxes

Requirements:

  • College coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Computer experience is required
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and comply with hotel standards
