About the Role

The Senior Director, Partnership Sales is a key member of the Legends team, responsible for driving new business partnerships and leading the overall business development process within the LGE division. This role requires a strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead New Business Sales Efforts: Develop and execute strategies to secure corporate marketing and digital media partnerships with companies wishing to maximize their relationships with sports and entertainment platforms.
  2. Manage Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage the overall business relationship between clients and LGE.
  3. Drive Revenue Growth: Generate leads, drive revenue, lead contract negotiations, and work with property leaders and stakeholders both internally and externally.
  4. Category Development and Platform Ideation: Take an active role in the development of key categories and platforms for LGE clients.
  5. Business Development and Growth: Identify industries and organizations to grow Legends' business, leverage network and relationships to identify potential new business, and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in Business, Management, Sales, or Marketing.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of high-level partnership/sponsorship sales experience.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, including partnership programs and content development.
  4. Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with strong communication skills.
