Big Stone Therapies is on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Office Coordinator to enhance our Administrative Team. This role is integral to our operations and will involve a variety of essential functions.

Position Overview: This is a full-time role, offering a structured schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A two-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with a solid understanding of internet and email usage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both the public and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, along with strong customer service skills when interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively.
  • A preference for a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity of personnel records and databases through regular audits.
  • Gather and manage necessary information from employees regarding status changes and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the annual review of policies and assist with offboarding processes.
  • Manage requests for records, employment verifications, and coordinate Certificates of Insurance.
  • Oversee the processing of annual evaluations and training certifications.
  • Assist with employee and patient injury reports, facilitating submissions for relevant claims.
  • Collaborate with the H.R. Benefits Specialist on various benefit-related tasks, including auditing invoices and processing open enrollment.
  • Provide front desk support, welcoming guests and managing package deliveries, as well as handling the main phone line.
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives for milestones such as Years of Service awards and personal celebrations.
