This position provides a structured 40-hour work week, offering the flexibility necessary to achieve a healthy work-life balance. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities and weekend shifts available for additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately verify and package patient orders
  • Coordinate shipments using various delivery services
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Engage with patients and collaborate with office personnel
  • Ensure prompt and efficient deliveries
  • Assist in the retrieval of equipment and supplies
  • Review and monitor pharmacy compounding processes
  • Acquire necessary licenses as required

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare settings
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
