Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to internal and wholesale clients via phone communications.
- Provide up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory details to effectively fulfill customer orders.
- Accurately and efficiently process orders for tires, parts, and services for both internal and wholesale customers.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks with precision and within designated timelines.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with shipping departments to ensure timely dispatch.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in the tire and automotive service industry is preferred.
- Exceptional phone communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and Inventory Management Systems.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Effective conflict resolution skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
