About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at All Heart Home Care. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in fostering communication and collaboration between our agency, hospitals, healthcare providers, and the non-medical community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between our agency, the medical community, and other affiliates within the service area.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical and Operational teams to gain a deep understanding of customers and processes in assigned areas.
  • Receive referrals from various sources and facilitate their seamless transfer to our Patient Operations department for processing and admission.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of communication and contact with these individuals in all required reporting platforms.
  • Assist physicians, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources in coordinating professional and ancillary home care services.
  • Deliver orders to physician offices for signature in exceptional circumstances when immediate, urgent action is required.
  • Identify and participate in industry conferences and professional groups to represent our agency and enhance its market presence.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with our patient care staff and support them in providing quality patient care.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect the privacy and confidentiality of patients, physicians, and co-workers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year business development experience in healthcare or other relevant business development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work creatively, independently, and be self-motivated.
  • Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Must live in the Middle Tennessee area to be considered.
