Blakeford at Green Hills is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a vital role in promoting our senior living community and its programs to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other senior living providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals about our clinical programs and services, including facilitating onsite meetings and presentations.
  • Identify and develop new referral sources for our company through new business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of clinical programs.
  • Plan and implement special events to advance resident and community relations.
  • Serve as a point of reference to potential residents and their families to explain services offered at Blakeford, fees, and pricing involved.
  • Coordinate discharge plans and summaries as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • One to two years related experience preferred with a working knowledge of managed care.
