**Job Overview:** We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Alliance Builder to lead our partnership program and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and tech partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership programs with company goals and objectives, resulting in improved customer engagement and increased revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and execute partnership programs that amplify business growth and increase revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and tech partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate partner products and create joint marketing efforts, resulting in increased revenue and improved customer engagement.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect an estimated annual salary of $160,000 - $220,000, depending on your location and experience.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working with strategic tech/ecommerce partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability
- Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the martech landscape, including current innovations and industry-leading strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market insights and make strategic choices based on data
- Proven track record in management roles, showcasing ability to cultivate talent and create a positive, high-achieving team environment
