Enterprise Relationship Builder

Job Description:
We are seeking an Enterprise Relationship Builder to join our team at Madison Ave Consulting. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trust with prospective clients by understanding their unique challenges and offering solutions aligned with Madison Ave Consulting's expertise.
About the Role:
You will work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales and post-sales specialists, to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project delivery. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and follow-up strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, with a strong preference for experience in Salesforce professional services or managed services.
- A solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, and the challenges faced by Salesforce users.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Benefits:

- A base salary of $80,000 - $90,000, with variable incentive pay of $20,000 - $40,000.
