Job Summary: Stealth Recruiting Services seeks an accomplished Sales Leader to spearhead client relationships and drive sales growth in Alberta. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.

About the Role:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from End Users and Distribution Partners to Consulting Firms and OEMs across Alberta. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have the freedom to develop and execute strategic account plans that meet company standards. Your ability to build and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients will be crucial in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in a strategic sales environment. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic account plans, negotiating terms of sale, and meeting with new and existing clients to expand business relationships.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment, along with a post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline. Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM, is required. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
