Enterprise Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our enterprise growth initiatives in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion within existing accounts, with a target to increase annual revenue by $1-2 million.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within existing accounts, aiming to achieve a $1-2 million increase in annual revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-selling and upselling additional services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute strategic plans for account growth and development.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions and services.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance, growth initiatives, and market trends to senior management.
- Proven experience in business development or account management within the data and analytics sector, with a track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
- Deep understanding of data and analytics solutions, including key trends, technologies, and market needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
