About the Position

Stealth Recruiting Services is currently seeking a highly organized professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager in Calgary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving sales growth, and exceeding targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, strong negotiation and relationship management abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining productive relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Focus: Focusing on sales to End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs throughout Alberta.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, including inside sales, support, and management, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Proactive Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assessing, clarifying, and addressing customer needs continuously.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
  • Terms Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale within authorized limits.
  • New Business Development: Meeting with new and existing clients to expand business relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on current products, features, industry trends, and company standards.
  • Market Feedback: Providing market feedback to improve products and services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. Additionally, we provide access to professional development and growth opportunities, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers.
