Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and internal clients to process payables on time and in accordance with company policies
- Assist in reviewing and updating accounts payable procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving emergencies or escalated issues
- Help the team meet performance targets and goals
- Maintain positive vendor relationships through excellent customer service
- Maintain SOX controls, company policies, and procedures
- Assist with month-end activity, including accruals
