As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with cashiering, stocking, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. You will focus on enhancing the in-store customer experience, engaging with dealership clients, and showcasing Harley-Davidson MotorClothes and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all dealership patrons.
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers.
  • Guide customers in finding merchandise, suggest complementary products, handle special orders, and clarify return and exchange policies.
  • Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and inventory status.
  • Notify customers regarding the arrival of special orders or back-ordered items.
  • Conduct cashiering duties in line with company cash handling policies.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed to engage customers.
  • Restock shelves and displays to maintain product availability.
  • Keep a comprehensive understanding of inventory.
  • Ensure the cashiering area is clean and organized.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Follow the Customer Tour Path for clients purchasing motorcycles.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments to promote cross-selling of motorcycles, parts, financing, and services.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in organizing special events such as workshops and fashion shows.
  • Address customer complaints in accordance with dealership policies, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolution.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience or knowledge in selling Harley-Davidson MotorClothes and related products is preferred.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor representing both oneself and the company.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and policies.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and software applications.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Proven customer service and closing skills.
