As a Motorclothes Sales Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers, assist with inventory management, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department. Your focus will be on enhancing the in-store experience for customers, ensuring that Harley-Davidson MotorClothes and merchandise are presented attractively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance.
  • Guide customers in finding products, suggest complementary items, and manage special orders.
  • Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and inventory status.
  • Process transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed appealingly to attract customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary.
  • Keep the cashier area tidy and organized.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Follow established customer engagement processes.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in organizing special events and promotions.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, adhering to dealership policies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred experience in retail sales, particularly with Harley-Davidson products, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor representing the company.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and policies.
