As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers, assist with transactions, manage inventory, and ensure the department operates smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors.
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance.
  • Guide customers in finding products, suggest complementary items, and handle special orders.
  • Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and stock levels.
  • Notify customers regarding the arrival of special orders or back-ordered items.
  • Execute cashiering duties following company policies.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed to engage customers.
  • Restock shelves and displays to maintain product availability.
  • Keep a comprehensive understanding of inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashiering area.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process for motorcycles.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in organizing special events such as workshops and fashion shows.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and a positive attitude, following dealership protocols.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in selling Harley-Davidson merchandise is preferred, or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor representing both yourself and the company.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
