As a Motorclothes Sales Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, manage cashiering duties, restock merchandise, and ensure the department operates smoothly. Your primary focus will be enhancing the in-store customer experience, engaging with dealership patrons, and showcasing Harley-Davidson MotorClothes and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons.
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance.
  • Guide customers in finding merchandise, suggest complementary products, process special orders, and clarify return and exchange policies.
  • Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and inventory trends.
  • Notify customers regarding the arrival of special orders or back-ordered items.
  • Execute cashiering responsibilities following company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed to engage customers.
  • Keep inventory levels up to date by restocking shelves and displays.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the inventory.
  • Keep the cashiering area clean and organized.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process for motorcycles.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product knowledge, sales techniques, and inventory management.
  • Assist in organizing special events such as workshops and fashion shows.
  • Address customer complaints in accordance with dealership policies, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in selling Harley-Davidson MotorClothes or a strong ability to learn quickly.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor representing both oneself and the company.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and policies.
  • Proficient in personal computer usage and related software.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Proven customer service and closing skills.
