As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing merchandise, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors.
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers in finding products, suggest complementary items, and address inquiries regarding returns and exchanges.
  • Highlight promotions, new arrivals, and inventory trends to customers.
  • Inform customers about the arrival of special orders or back-ordered items.
  • Execute cashiering duties in line with company policies.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed to engage customers.
  • Support inventory management by restocking shelves and displays.
  • Keep a comprehensive understanding of available products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashiering area.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Follow established procedures for customers purchasing motorcycles.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments to promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in organizing special events such as workshops and promotional activities.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolution.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in retail sales, particularly with Harley-Davidson products, is preferred.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor representing both yourself and the company.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and policies.
  • Proficient in using computers and related software.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
