Your Role

As the Construction Administration Team Leader, you will take charge of a talented group of construction managers, guiding them through significant projects across various regions. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Development: Cultivate the growth of your team by establishing clear performance goals and promoting a cooperative atmosphere.

Essential Duties
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and enhance project outcomes and team productivity.
  • Staff Development: Mentor team members, setting objectives and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Communication: Ensure alignment within the team regarding organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Uphold exceptional standards in client interactions and service delivery.

You Bring:
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Over 8 years of experience in Construction Field Operations
  • At least 4 years of supervisory experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • A proven history of working with state and local agencies
  • Skills in business development and client relations
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience in managing QA/QC for construction materials testing, inspection, or geotechnical engineering projects
