Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality assurance of all project components.
- Act as the primary authority on-site safety, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all subcontractors involved in the project.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site operations leaders.
- Coordinate the organization of facilities and utilities.
Qualifications
- Experience with various project types including multi-family housing, hospitality, data centers, high-rise buildings, healthcare facilities, light industrial, retail, or commercial projects.
- Familiarity with construction methods such as wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, and PEMB.
- Proficiency in software tools including Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam.
