Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering top-notch service to all guests and members.
- Ensuring the Customer Experience team is well-informed about daily operations that affect patrons.
- Promoting our offerings to customers and members.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Managing customer complaints and escalating when necessary.
- Coordinating shift coverage as needed.
- Completing administrative tasks and project work.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new team members.
- Maintaining equipment for various activities.
- Engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
