Job Title: Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales and service strategies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant business experience and product knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
