About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carrier Success Representative, ND to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing partnerships with large and small trucking companies, recruiting top-tier carriers, and nurturing these relationships to promote growth and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and dynamics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They will also have superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, and a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.

The Carrier Success Representative, ND will be responsible for:

  • Strategically recruiting carriers and guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Facilitating comprehensive onboarding and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for carriers and drivers
  • Leveraging platform automations to send timely reminders and important updates to carriers and drivers
  • Ensuring timely completion of paperwork and formalities
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with drivers and their clients
  • Analyzing and acting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to reduce driver churn and improve overall carrier engagement
  • Providing targeted education and support to drivers on average income opportunities, coaching points, and morale-boosting strategies
  • Cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with carrier and driver clients
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to advance carrier relationships and enhance the educational experience for drivers

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of $75-80k and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, flex and health savings plans, company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, company-paid parking or RTD pass, and numerous additional perks.
