The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to several faculty members and their labs, with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks, multi-task, and assign work to others. The ability to take initiative and ownership of projects is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to exercise sound judgment in making decisions independently.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $76,191 to $85,330 per year, based on a 100% FTE schedule. The estimated hourly rate is $39.46 to $44.30 per hour, depending on the number of hours worked.

The job duties include acting on behalf of supervisors, department managers, or chairs in establishing priorities and resolving problems. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences, seminars, and events, composing documents and correspondence, planning and scheduling calendars, creating complex reports and spreadsheets, and overseeing financial transactions.
