About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Associate to join our team. As an Administrative Associate, you will provide exceptional support to our faculty, manage complex calendars, schedule travel, and oversee various administrative tasks.

About the Job:
This is a full-time opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling calendar(s) with minimal consultation, resolving calendaring conflicts, and arranging travel in compliance with unit, university, and sponsor policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule travel, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Oversee and/or perform duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating complex conferences, seminars, and events.
  • Responsible for logistics of conferences, seminars, and other events.
  • Create complex reports and spreadsheets that may utilize specialized software and systems.
  • Oversee and/or process a variety of complex financial transactions.
  • May assist with capital or special equipment requests and/or vendor selection.

About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma and six years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience. You should have knowledge about financial processes and generally accepted accounting procedures. A special preference will be given to candidates with existing knowledge of client-specific financial systems, notably Oracle and/or FFIT.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $30-$33 per hour, paid bi-weekly. This position also includes benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
