Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Associate 2 to provide administrative support to the Division of Immunology and Rheumatology. This individual will have the opportunity to collaborate with operational teams, support research initiatives, and contribute to the success of our faculty members.

Duties and Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Provide administrative support to the Division, including scheduling, organizing events, and coordinating logistics;">
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and serve as a resource regarding policies and procedures;">
  • Perform duties associated with conference planning, document production, and dissemination;">
  • Plan and schedule calendars, arrange travel, and monitor financial transactions;">
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate office moves;">
  • Serve as a point of contact for general maintenance, health and safety, and facility concerns;">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of administrative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience;">
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with office software and email applications;">
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills;">
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively in a team environment;">

Compensation and Benefits
