At Stanford University, we are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to provide advanced scheduling, educational, and administrative support to faculty and trainees in the Department of Surgery.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in the Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, where you will work on complex academic/clinical projects and events, managing calendars, coordinating logistics, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks will be essential in this role.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Office and online grant submission platforms, as well as learn about the organization of Stanford University Medical Center.
