  • Demonstrate expertise in warehouse functions and lead safety initiatives during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Sort and allocate items in designated storage areas.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems for electronic scanning of products.
  • Conduct quality control checks and manage inventory records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across different shifts.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations is required.
  • 2 years of experience in inventory or materials management is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience of at least 2 years is desirable.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to lift and move various weights, including up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks as needed.
