Position Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Executive is tasked with cultivating new client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing leads from various sources, both remotely and face-to-face.
The ideal candidate will showcase our offerings to potential clients in the region, including Customs Brokerage, International Air & Ocean Freight, and North American Ground Transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting client information, understanding the client's organizational hierarchy and key decision-makers
• Serving as the client's representative during the development of solutions
• Securing client approval and commitment to advance projects
• Managing client relationships and relaying customer insights back to the organization
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the 3PL Freight Forwarding sector and/or operational experience within the Freight Forwarding industry
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• A valid driver's license for regular travel
• A college degree is preferred

• Expertise in building rapport and fostering strong relationships with potential leads and key customer stakeholders
• Capability to ask insightful questions, listen attentively, and comprehend customer requirements
