About the Role

In this position, you will ensure process excellence and maintain data integrity in contract order management. Collaborating closely with the Sales team and clients, you will prepare subscription agreements for both new and renewal business related to our electronic products, adhering to established objectives. Your primary focus will be to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction while managing both internal and external relationships and consistently meeting targets. You will also ensure compliance with SOX and RELX's business model.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and finalize new sales and renewals in CRM (Salesforce) for the assigned sales team, in alignment with targets.
- Maintain data accuracy at or above 99.5% for agreement details in CRM.
- Secure approvals from all relevant stakeholders for any non-standard CRM agreements.

- Analyze usage reports and customer data to identify upselling opportunities for other electronic products when applicable.

- Oversee contract execution and serve as the main point of contact for all correspondence and agreements from the customer, coordinating all necessary internal resources for contract execution.

- Communicate with clients regarding their license agreements, product specifics, quotes, and more.

- Act as a central liaison for clients, taking ownership of customer issues and collaborating with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Business Development, Operations) to ensure prompt resolution.

- Regularly liaise with the Operations department to guarantee a seamless transition of invoicing and entitlement activities.

- Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and account managers to draft license agreements, ensuring compliance with standard templates and legal guidelines. Proofread legal documents for clarity, consistency, logical flow, grammar, typographical errors, cross-references, and adherence to document formats.

- Create license documents and amendments, including drafting contracts from standard templates and legal toolkits, incorporating legal clauses, and drafting contractual provisions as guided by Legal.

Requirements


- Proficient in processing and completing new sales and renewals using CRM tools, ensuring alignment with assigned sales team objectives.

- Capable of analyzing usage reports and customer information to identify upselling opportunities for electronic products in specific scenarios.

- Experience in Contract Execution Management, overseeing the execution of contracts and coordinating all customer correspondence and agreements while aligning internal resources for successful contract execution.

- Ability to maintain data quality in CRM at or above 99.5%, with a focus on accurate and current agreement details.

- Proven experience in effective communication with clients regarding license agreements, product specifics, quotes, etc., serving as the primary contact for customer issues.

- Skilled in collaborating with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Business Development, Operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions of invoicing and entitlement activities with the Operations department.

- Experience working with legal teams, clients, and account managers to prepare license agreements, ensuring adherence to standard templates and legal guidelines.

- Competent in obtaining approvals from all stakeholders for any non-standard CRM agreements, demonstrating attention to detail and compliance with approval processes.
