Seasonal Client Retention Specialist

Location:

Overview:

Become a vital part of our licensed seasonal advisory team within a lively insurance office atmosphere.

As a Seasonal Client Retention Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining RetireMed's Medicare clientele during the critical Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

This role requires responding to client inquiries via phone and conducting consecutive appointments in various formats.

Qualified candidates will receive extensive training, including the chance to acquire the Accident & Health Insurance license if not already certified.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct appointments with clients to present and discuss Medicare insurance plan benefits.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet departmental objectives.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Position Details:

Type:
Seasonal, hourly, non-exempt.

Location:
In-office role, reliable transportation is necessary.
Training provided: 8 weeks of paid comprehensive in-person training, including a licensing course if not currently licensed.

Selected candidates will be compensated for travel expenses.

Schedule:
We are onboarding two groups.

Duration:
Seasonal role during the Annual Enrollment Period for Medicare.
