Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations of patients at the center.
- Establish and oversee appropriate medical care levels for patients.
- Maintain essential clinical competencies.
- Ensure adherence to all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.
- Engage with employers to assess health and safety requirements, including on-site evaluations.
- Communicate regularly with client representatives regarding employee health issues and status changes.
- In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide direction to other medical personnel to uphold Concentra's mission.
- Deliver a compassionate and exceptional patient experience, regardless of patient volume.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Valid unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the applicable jurisdiction.
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, utilizing logic to identify key facts and propose effective solutions.

Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience and other job-related factors.
