Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations of patients at the center.
  • Establish and oversee appropriate medical care levels for patients.
  • Maintain essential clinical competencies.
  • Ensure adherence to all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards.
  • Engage with employers to assess health and safety requirements, including on-site evaluations.
  • Communicate regularly with client representatives regarding employee health issues and status changes.
  • In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide direction to other medical personnel to uphold Concentra's mission.
  • Deliver a compassionate and exceptional patient experience, regardless of patient volume.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid unrestricted medical license in the relevant state.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience and other job-related factors.
