Overview

Concentra is seeking a skilled Physician PRN Specialist to join our patient care team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Our mission is to improve the health of America's workforce, one patient at a time.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments of Center patients to establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care.
  • Maintain clinical core competency and ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
  • Collaborate with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-through assessments.
  • Provide guidance to medical staff and ensure Concentra's mission is achieved.
  • Deliver an excellent, compassionate, and warm patient experience, prioritizing time management and multitasking in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies.
  • Agreement to Concentra's core practice standards and Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $115.61 to $150.72 hourly, depending on job-related factors.
