Physician PRN Specialist

At Concentra, we are seeking a skilled Physician PRN to join our patient care team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough medical assessments of patients to determine the best course of treatment.
- Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain clinical core competency through ongoing education and training.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace assessments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Provide guidance and support to other medical staff as needed.
- Deliver exceptional patient experiences, prioritizing compassion and empathy.
- Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative, and Flexibility.
- Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems using logic and critical thinking.
- Proper handling of sensitive and confidential information, adhering to federal and state laws and company policies.
- Agreement to support and commit to Concentra's core practice standards and Policies and Procedures.
- Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
- Fostering a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity.
- Superior patient/customer service and "bedside manner" skills.
- Team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
This position offers a competitive hourly compensation rate, ranging from $112.03 to $140.79, depending on job-related factors. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
