Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team at Concentra. As a vital member of our patient care team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform medical assessments of Center patients
  • Establish and monitor a medically appropriate level of care for center patients
  • Maintain clinical core competency
  • Assure compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies
  • Meet with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-through and other on-site assessments
  • Regularly call client representatives upon seeing employee patients for initial injuries and change of duty status
  • In the absence of the Center Medical Director, provide guidance to other medical staff to ensure Concentra's mission is achieved
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction as required for clinical and/or business duties
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from accredited institution
  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
  • Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
What We Offer

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $115.61 to $150.72 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law.
