Account Executive Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for GFI Digital's Managed IT Services and Advanced Technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of customer business needs and the ability to align them with our OEM partners' solutions, including Cisco, HPE, Dell, Cohesity, Arctic Wolf, and Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
  • Align customer business needs with appropriate solutions and establish, maintain, and develop sales in assigned territories.
  • Analyze customer and competition situations, customer business issues and interests, and generate strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations of products and solutions, generating hardware revenue, gross profit, and recurring revenue through GFI Digital's suite of services.
  • Provide superior service and support to clients, meeting and exceeding sales quotas for assigned territories.
  • Develop customer and partner strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to plan and implement territory sales strategies with limited supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and operate with changing priorities.
