Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing People Experience team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with senior leadership and their teams to identify opportunities to drive our goals forward and enable high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Planning: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specific departments, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
  • Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Employee Engagement: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Workforce Planning: Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with extensive talent management experience, including complex employee workforce planning, employee relations issues, organizational management, and learning and development initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
