Director, People Systems

Pacific Dental Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, People Systems to lead our HRIS function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership on all aspects of Human Resources Technology, ensuring enablement and alignment with our broader business, HR, and IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR systems, including Workday, iCIMS, and Cornerstone OnDemand, to support our strategic objectives.
  • Lead the HRIS team to provide reporting, analytics, and metrics to support strategic decision-making initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data integrity and security protocols across the HR systems portfolio.
  • Manage department performance and productivity to maintain PDS' standards for performance.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a team to successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, HRIS operations, system design, and implementation.
  • Masters Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, IT, or related field from an accredited college.
  • Experience in Workday HCM required; experience in iCIMS and Cornerstone preferred.
